Anne-Marie looks back at twenty years of experience in online gambling. As Head of Public and Regulatory Affairs of one of the global market leaders of sports betting back in 2006, i.e. bwin, she supported regulators across Europe in opening their markets in a viable way not only for the industry but also for the customers and the States. In this regard, she advised on developing the basic legal frameworks as well as on elaborating and drafting secondary legislation. Currently, she is heading the Portuguese trade association APAJO as Secretary General.
