Following the global outbreak of COVID-19, Clarion Events is continuing to monitor the latest public health and government advice one each of our markets around the world and acting in accordance with government and public health advice and World Health Organisation (“WHO”) guidelines.  We support the stance taken by the Global Association for the Exhibition Industry, UFI and remain committed to delivering our events in a safe environment.

Unless otherwise advised, our events are taking place as scheduled.

The health and safety of our customers and staff is our number one priority.  We strongly urge exhibitors and visitors to refer to the guidelines and protocols as suggested by the WHO and local /national public health authorities to contain and mitigate against any further spread of the virus.

If you have any concerns and are feeling unwell, you may wish to reconsider your attendance at the event.

We welcome customers who wish to participate in our events and who are not impacted by travel restrictions.  However, please check the latest travel advice and entry guidelines for the country to which you wish to travel before making arrangements. For example, several countries have imposed travel restrictions to and from mainland China.
